OUR WARRANTY 

Vitrom Manufacturing will honor the policies bellow for all its Products and Services.

Items Covered:
  Idlers
  Valves
  Equipment Designed and Fabricated by Vitrom
  Equipment Remanufactured by Vitrom

  Systems Integrated by Vitrom
  Automation performed by Vitrom
  Data Acquisition Systems installed by Vitrom
  

Unless otherwise specified in the product's documentation the following applies for the products and services listed above.

 

Warranty. Vitrom warrants that the equipment/parts are free from defects in material and workmanship and Vitrom will 

replace or repair at his option  and free of charge, F.O.B. its factory or point of manufacture any part that proved to be defective 

in material or workmanship within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. The result of ordinary wear and tear, improper 

operation or maintenance, or damage from use of corrosive or abrasive materials shall not be considered a defect in material or 

workmanship. Any part manufactured by other is not covered by seller's warranty, but only such warranty as its manufacturer gives.

It is Expressly agreed that any and all warranties shall immediately cease and terminate, notwithstanding herein to the contrary, in 

the event that any parts and/or structural components or appurtenances thereto are altered or modified by Buyer or the user of 

the equipment/parts without the express consent of Vitrom.

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which are specifically disclaimed.

Indemnity of Vitrom by the Buyer. The Buyer shall indemnify and hold Vitrom harmless with respect to all  liability, loss or

damage the Buyer may suffer as a result of all claims, judgments, statutory or regulatory compliance, demands, fines, penalties, costs

or expenses asserted against Vitrom by the Buyer and or it's employees, officers and agents and by third parties as a result of or 

arising out of the production, use, consumption, storage, handling, modification, sale or resale of the product/equipment after the 

product/equipment is in Buyer's possession and any damages as the result of using the said product/equipment.

Vitrom reserves the right to discontinue manufacture of any product or change product materials, design or specifications.
