An effective assessment program is critical to any successful operation and is vital to continuous quality improvement.

Use our experience and objectivity to improve your maintenance function. We do not sell maintenance software or any maintenance product.

We will provide an objective assessment of all your company's physical assets and systems, maintenance programs, work load management and schedules, and interaction with other departments.

We will cover organization, business concepts, skill level and training, logistics and improvement efforts.

The effort includes:

Benchmarking- Objective comparison of all aspects of the existing maintenance program with industry standards.

Interviews with selected maintenance personnel to validate current maintenance strategy and program procedures.

"Most Frequent Breakdown" Analyses- Brief evaluation of maintenance failures, corrective actions, repair history documentation and information utilized for failure analyzes.

Detailed report of the findings- Recommendations for program improvements, personnel manning/utilization, IT/CMMS integration (where applicable) and training requirements based on the findings and our observations.

with additional time we can evaluate your manufacturing equipment and provide our opinion and respective solutions/steps featuring:

  • Trade-in considerations

  • System life

  • Warranty

  • Maintenance availability

  • Past performance

  • Environmental and energy efficiency

The effort will comprise minimum 2 days visit to the plant covering all three shifts. The visit will be coordinated in advance for maximum exposure of the maintenance function.

Cost-

The cost of the assessment above is $800.00 per day plus travel expenses in the continental USA.

There aren't travel expenses for companies located in Northern California.

To sign-up complete the brief survey bellow. We will contact you to coordinate the visit.
